Aerial adult mosquito treatment in western agricultural areas July 14, 2016 8:30-10:00 PM

Parts of western Placer are scheduled for treatment for high mosquito numbers and increased West Nile virus activity.  An EPA-registered mosquito adulticide will be applied in an Ultra-low Volume (ULV) fog by aircraft in an effort to address increased mosquito populations and West Nile virus activity.

Treatment areas (Click on map for larger image):

  • Critter Creek Area: from Nicolaus Road south to Moore and east of Brewer Road
  • Wise Road Area: west of Dowd Road and south of Waltz Road.
